AEA’s nine-member volunteer board coontinues to steer the organization’s strategic direction as workplace age and aging become an increasingly important factor in talent management and longevity.
Robert Harper is a seasoned healthcare operations professional who believes that community drives change in the world. He is currently a Division VP, Operations for a publicly traded company that is critical to healthcare tech, services, and solutions. Robert is a Board Advisor for Harvard Business Review, University of CA Hayward Data Analytics Program and a Board Trustee for Laguna Playhouse.
“I am interested in age equity as for the first time in history we have multiple generations in the workforce. If properly leveraged we can accelerate innovation, foster greater community involvement and chart a path to greater human outcomes.”
Robert has a passion for equity in life and strives to ensure that representation is at the forefront in society.
Sydney Barcus is a recognized expert in organizational transformation with a doctorate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As an executive in various Fortune 500 companies, she facilitated strategic and sustainable change in Manufacturing, Energy, Transportation, Healthcare, Retail, and Hospitality.
Sydney is the co-founder of Barcus Performance Solutions where she is a trusted advisor and coach channeling data science prowess to unleash superior performance.
Sydney brings to AEA her unbridled enthusiasm for helping organizations and their leaders cultivate their diverse and unique strengths. With age equity as an explicit core value, leaders are challenged and empowered to break down barriers, evolve, and realize quantifiable impact.
