Here’s How You Can Get Amazon to Contribute to Age Equity Alliance

With every passing month, Age Equity Alliance continues to find ways to advance our mission for workplace age equity. Now we can benefit from charitable donations made by AmazonSmile.

Everyone knows what a powerhouse Amazon is. But did you know they have a special program that donates a percentage of purchases to charity?

It’s time Age Equity Alliance got in on the action, but we need your support to make it count!

From the Amazon site select Age Equity Alliance as your charity of choice, and with every eligible donation AmazonSmile will donate 0.5% of the purchase directly to AEA. Contributions support our platform and help us expand training, education, and impact.

Some of the future projects we’d like funded include converted our many training programs to online delivery and the creation of infographics that creatively convey our messages. We also wish to partner with an academic institution to carry out much-needed research.

Tens of millions of products on AmazonSmile are eligible for donations. You will see eligible products marked “Eligible for AmazonSmile donation” on their product detail pages. Recurring Subscribe-and-Save purchases and subscription renewals are not currently eligible.

But that still leaves a lot of opportunities for AEA to benefit at no extra cost to you.
