Tom spent 35 years in Finance and Operations management roles within IBM in Global and US focused capacities. He developed and implemented key measurement processes, managed and performed financial and operational planning and execution across geographies, performed new program startup and management, and provided business management and strategy.
A native of Ohio, Tom has lived in the U.S. northeast, North Carolina, and Texas during his IBM career. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Management in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University (Kellogg GSM).
Tom is a founding member of Age Equity Alliance and has served in a non-executive board capacity since its inception.
