The best way to create an age-inclusive, age-equitable workplace is to raise awareness about workplace age stereotypes that hurt everyone. These graphics are a good way to start conversations and begin the journey toward age awareness, inclusion, and equity. They are also great for sharing on internal employee channels and social media!
Giving Tuesday Webinars
As part of Giving Tuesday 2021, Age Equity Alliance shared two complimentary micro trainings and three interviews on age issues in the workplace–across the age spectrum. These sessions range between 30 and 45 minutes and address specific topics that must be addressed in an age-equitable workplace.
Age Equity Alliance also offers 100 short, educational videos (most under three minutes) as great conversation starters and quick messages for leaders and employees. You can find them on our Youtube Channel in the 100 in 100 playlist.
