The best way to create an age-inclusive, age-equitable workplace is to raise awareness about workplace age stereotypes that hurt everyone. These webinars are a great way to jumpstart the “age inclusion” conversation and begin the journey toward age awareness, inclusion, and equity.
As part of Giving Tuesday 2021, Age Equity Alliance shared two complimentary micro-trainings and three interviews on age issues in the workplace–across the age spectrum. These sessions range between 30 and 45 minutes and address specific topics that must be addressed in an age-equitable workplace.
